ROLE
The Marketer of our firm is engaged to carryout values-driven, morally compliant marketing programs essential for ethical align with objectives maintaining reputation of the business and policy. “Raise Sale; Raise Income” is the slogan for the Marketer.
JOB TO DO
This Sarosen Banijya Seba Pratisthan (SBSP) is a Partnership Firm which is authorised for collection of samples of all kinds of food, food supplements, food chains, chemicals, minerals etc. for standard testing of NABL and Non-NABL category alongwith testing fee for standard testing of the samples in the Laboratory(s) and to ensure submission of testing report from the Laboratory to the Customer. The SBSP is also authorised to sell digital products and services to the intending person(s), organisation(s). For these jobs the Marketers are required to be engaged with certain terms and conditions which will be mentioned in the agreement.
- The Marketer must have established business/house in the market or good communicative place for the jurisdiction to be engaged and he/she must have computer and computer knowledge;
- The Marketer will collect the samples of his jurisdiction observing the packaging procedure, collect fee/sample charges from the customer and follow the procedure of business as laid down in the web based application at our site www.sarosen.com
- The Marketer will collect the samples physically and also in the counter of his existing business or in the new counter as per his/her convenience where the Signboard have to be placed for public knowledge;
- After collecting the samples, the same will be sent by any courier/speed post/ transport or by any means to the Laboratory like courier service. The shipment and payment procedure has been streamlined in our site. The Marketer will do his job in connection with standard testing by help of the said website www.sarosen.com. When the samples will be reached to Laboratory, then the same will be undergone testing and then the report of testing will be uploaded/sent through e-communication to the Marketer and Customer directly;
- The Marketer will also sell digital products and necessary services within his jurisdiction to the intending customers;
- Service of digital products will be delivered by the parent organisation authorised to the SBSP. The role of the Marketer to have customers and coordinate for rendering service as per the procedure;
- The Marketer will get all the information and guidelines in the websites time to time to be intimated.
- The percentage of profit in all types of business will be mentioned in the agreement which are variable for good interest of SBSP and Marketer;
- The refundable security money is required to be paid by the Marketer to the SBSP before engagement and after selection;
- It must be kept in the mind of the Marketer that, there is no periodical Salary or Remuneration will be paid by the SBSP to the Marketer. The Marketer is eligible to get his percentage of profit out of sales and service only as per the agreement and as per the policy of the SBSP;
- It must be kept in the mind of the Marketer that, “Raise Sale; Raise Income” is the basic job role and slogan for the Marketer. The income of the Marketer will be variable according to his Sales and service;
- No accommodation charges will be paid by the SBSP to the Marketer at any circumstances. The accommodation includes, electricity, water, internet etc.;
- The terms and condition for refund of security will be mentioned in the agreement to be executed by the SBSP with the Marketer before engagement;
- The Marketer will maintain the business atmosphere and do necessary act and deeds as per the prevailing Laws and Rules and under the Policy and Guidelines of the SBSP;
- The Marketer will be instructed by the SBSP directly or through the State Head or through the authorised person(s) time to time;
- Necessary virtual/physical training will be given by the SBSP to the Marketer for his knowledge and to perform the business time to time on requirement;
- The relationship between the SBSP and Marketer is shall not be deemed to constitute either party, a partner, joint venture or employee of the other part of any purpose;
- The Marketer will be guided time to time in respect of all goods and services dealt by him and necessary sales target will be set after one month of commencement of business;
- The Marketer will have right to enhance the business by his own effort under the guidelines of the SBSP;
- It is free to the Marketer to do endeavour at any time to improve the business in respect of standard testing and sales and service of digital products;
- Long term benefits will be decided by the SBSP for the welfare of the Marketer after certain period of continuous service.
OBLIGATIONS, DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- To maintain position of business and promote goods and services;
- To maintain reputation of Firm and Business;
- To be regular, order and punctual;
- To handle financial transactions and deal with supportive activities honestly;
- To abide by the rules & regulations, terms and conditions and policy of the Firm;
- To abide by the changes of policy of the Firm made for good of business, marketer & customers as per the prevailing situations;
- To abide by the Laws and Rules in force;
- To refrain from all illegal activities;
- To refrain from all causes arising or to be arisen that will adversely affect the business and Firm;
- To respect and maintain the sanctity of business;
- To refrain from all criminal activities;
- To act and role reasonable and lawfully to avoid disputes;
- To be accountable and responsible for any loss, damage, compensation, cost of the Firm and Customer caused by him;
- To fix the problems most possible at his level for noble interest of business;
- To achieve extension of quality service;
- To do and act the deeds as required for a better future of business;
- To conduct all his act and deeds keeping in view the growth of future business friendly with the customers and organizations;
- To give priority to Govt. and Govt. institutions and premium customers;
- To cope up with advanced skill and technologies in order to discharge duty and responsibility;
- To achieve sales target with integrated tools push leads and also to push a lead over to sales force;
- To be passionate to work;
- To streamline the process of work;
- To discover an engagement cadence that works;
- To build relationships with experts to build own expertise and communicate the pros and cons and suggestions to the Firm or its authorised person(s) as and when required;
- To handle property of firm and customers with utmost care with accountability and responsibility;
- To maintain proper account of business of respective jurisdiction;
- To forget perfectionism and improve continuously;
- To make self known to the business & its surroundings;
- To be well conversant with the Policy, Business, Dealing and Environment;
- To study and take the competition of business seriously;
- To relate and address a target to audience;
- To progress at the speed of the audience and business;
- To maintain good and pleasant pre-approach, approach and good behavior for conduct of business;
- To make the customers happy;

- To put forth his grievances before the Firm or its authorised person(s) for resolution;
POSITION
- It must be held by the Marketer that, “Raise Sale; Raise Income” is the position and functionality of his job;
- Nothing contained in the relationship between the Firm & Marketer shall be deemed to constitute either party, a partner, joint venture or employee of the other part of any purpose;
- The position of a Marketer is purely a job contract worker;
- There shall no fixed Salary or remuneration to be paid by the Firm to the Marketer;
- The amount of financial benefits as per percentage will be paid by the Firm to the Marketer out of the cost of Samples, Goods & Services etc. periodically and the same will be mentioned on individual agreement;
- Other than the financial benefits, the long term benefits entitled for the Marketer, will be decided by the Firm and mentioned in the Agreement and communicated time to time as per the Policy;
- Compulsory Insurance coverage will be made for the Marketer by the Firm on payment of premium out of the financial benefits of the Marketer;
- Any other incentives, award, perquisites and facilities will be communicated by the Firm to the Marketer time to time.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
The Terms & Conditions and amount of Security for each Marketer will be set and reflected at the time of agreement according to the potentiality of business of respective jurisdiction.
JURISDICTION & FORCE MAJEURE
- Any dispute arises in connection with the business or contract will be resolved in the jurisdiction of Bhubaneswar, Odisha,India.
- All rights reserved with the Sarosen Banijya Seba Pratisthan (SBSP), a Firm registered under the Indian Partnership Act-1932.
